5. Product Images and Descriptions

Crystal and stone sizes (e.g., 2.8mm to 3.4mm oval crystals in the Dewy Earrings) are measured individually and may show minor variation. This is a characteristic of handcrafted jewelry and is not considered a defect.
6. Sizing
Rings are available in U.S. standard sizes 5 through 10, with some designs offering half sizes (e.g., 6.5, 7.5, 8.5, 9.5, 10.5 for the How I Roll Ring). Rings are measured by hand, and variations of approximately 0.5 mm are within normal manufacturing tolerance.
Necklaces are available in various lengths, typically 15 to 18.5 inches with 2-inch extenders for adjustable styling.

7. Pricing and Availability

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

- Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
14. Packaging
Every jewelry piece is carefully packaged in a branded box or pouch to protect it during transit. Rings are placed in fitted ring boxes, and necklaces are secured in chain-tangle-free packaging. We take care to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition.

Part V — Returns and Refunds
15. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
16. Earrings — Hygiene Policy
All earrings — including studs, hoops, drops, climbers, and huggies — are excluded from return once the protective seal has been broken or the earring post has contacted skin. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons and is strictly enforced.
17. Ring and Necklace Returns
Rings and necklaces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition. If you purchased the wrong ring size, please contact us to arrange an exchange rather than a return.
